Packed tower scrubber for various acid gases: HCl, HBr, HF and H2S. The magnetic drive pumps are made of steel, internally lined with Teflon (reinforced with carbon fibre). The scrubber liquid makes contact with the very corrosion resistant Teflon only.

A regulating valve, placed after these pumps, accurately regulates the flow to the liquid distributor in the packed tower. The level indicator on the scrubber tank gives a precise view on liquid levels in the tank. Safety switches (mounted on the tank here) prevent remote operation of the pumps during scrubber maintenance.
